My Blue berry Scones


My Blue berry Scones

375 g All purpose flour
 100g white sugar
25g baking soda 
3g salt
170g butter 
1pc egg beaten 

°Preheat oven to 200 °c 
°Combine flour,sugar,baking powder & salt,cut in butter. Mix egg & milk then stir into flour mixture until moistened. 
°Knead thoroughly,cut into desired portions and place into prepared balking sheet. 
° Bake 15 min in a preheated oven until golden brown.

My New Plates


Hi Guys, It's been a very busy first months of 2013, And I really owe you one for it's been a while now since my latest posts, OK then the new plates I have concocted are on it's way, and very very soon we're launching it, The Menu is different and in a way reflect my mediterranean touches & flair and I can only say, it contains recipes redefined which i will be featuring for the next posts !! stay tuned guys !!
