After 17 years of sojourn in the Italian regions, he went back in the Philippines for what we know now "Il Ponticello -Cafe Ristorante" in 1999, Joined Hilton Group in 2001 in Turkey, Dusit Dubai in 2002, Spent quality time setting up Italian restaurant "Spasso" Casablanca in 2004,Joined Red Sea Hotels Hurghada in 2005. Participated in the opening of the Maritim Royal Peninsula Resort & Hotel-Sharm EL Sheikh in 2007 till March 2008 And opened The Grand Hotel - Sharm El Sheikh in May 2008 - 2011
